Pretty fun for what a card game can bring. The Jester Roulette does add some spice to it, and I like the idea. One glitch I did end up finding was when I was pretty big, maybe 6 rounds in on intentional losses and the Jester Card popped up, which resulted in a swap, though it made me stay at the weight, and the Jester became the same weight, and it also froze the game. Though I guess it wasn't really intended.

I wish there are more lines of what the princess reacts to if you win the game, because no matter the size of the player, the Princess was like “Ew, too skinny”, at the player’s last size before immobile. 😆
is the secret ending geting to 8 at the same time if it is can you pleeees post a video of it becase i cant seem to get i for the life of me
I just got a draw on the android version, which it just ends with the princess telling the guards to take you AND the jester to the dining hall
It was pure luck, me and jester were at 6, and then two joker card plays both resulting in a weight up for both sides left us both immobile at the same time
Edit: for anyone curious, i managed to get another draw and record the ending, but i forgot to have it also record sound

On my “No Items” Playthrough, me and the Jester was at the last weight stage (Because the jester mentioned me ‘cheating’ after I won so I wanted to see if I can beat it with no items to see if there’s any unique dialogue), and the Jester pulled a Joker card at the last round, which lands at both of us gaining weight.
It wasn’t intentional on my behalf, but at least it worked. 😆

Would love to see more of this concept, bout to play version 1.0 but I've sunk a decent amount hours into the gam jam version already. Would love to add mods to this to maybe have more ending or make game different modes around the core mechanics

Such a great game! One of my favorite games of the jam. Really enjoy the carde game idea, and love the 1st person pov. Alway look forward to your game releases as they are always so good!

Very fun! The first person stuff was a big turn on. I wish we saw more exposed skin if you know what I mean, and perhaps a reward at the end!
The Windows version isn't opening on my PC for some reason - tried disabling my antivirus and firewall and it didn't help. Any ideas?
Hmm, I don’t think it would be an antivirus issue, Unity stuff is usually pretty good with that! Is there any error message or anything that pops up when you try to open it?
No error message or any other pop-up - the loading circle appears on my house for a couple of seconds and then it just stops. I realise that's extremely vague so no worries if you can't do anything about it!
I genuinely enjoy the card game quite a lot on top of the art being wonderful (the first person pov gain makes me melt esp) My only wish is that I could skip tutorial/text crawl.

Absolutely fantastic, every chip is there, good sound design, visuals and game play loop and ending. Does feel a hell of a lot like buckshot roulette though, not to knock it, thats a good thing.
Buckshot was def one of our major inspirations! Glad you enjoyed it :D
It would have been nice if it had a gallery where you could see each Weight Stages of the Jester after reaching them, but despite that, it's quite a decent game. (English is not my first language so sorry if I do an error somewhere :])

This is one of my favorite games from the Gain Jam! Beautiful work, OhNoAnotherButton! I really love the design of the jester lady and the card game is simple, yet fun! Also, you absolutely aced it with the sound effects. If this game gets updated, I'll be very excited to see what comes next!
I got the ending where jester became immobile on accident, i didnt realise that I could check my cards until it was round 13.

Yeah this slaps. Fun concept, fun gameplay, especially considering how quickly it was made for the game jam. Really like the Jester's design as well. This is exactly what I needed after playing Neon Heights for the nth time!

not opening on the macos
Sorry! I'm on Windows and didn't get a chance to test it. After looking into it a bit I think my version of Unity has a bug which breaks Mac builds when done on a Windows machine :(( I've disabled the Mac version for now, but I'll keep looking into it!
Probably Gatekeeper on the mac is preventing it you need to disable that.
Sweet, I’ve re-enabled the Mac build for anyone that wants to give that a go!
